1994 New Image was founded when we became disillusioned with the hype and high-pressure selling attitude of other providers in the hair replacement industry, from the outset measures were introduced which remain to this day to keep our services affordable.
1997 Staff were sent to America for training in the then-new “virtual skin grafting” technology and we became the licenced providers and trainers for the North of England.
This technology has been further refined and is the centrepiece to 21st-century solutions to hair loss and hair replacement – it’s far advanced from other, previous solutions.
2001 We acquired practices in both Yorkshire and London, the latter being the VSG Licensee for London and the South of England.
2004 – Two further acquisitions were made in Yorkshire.
2010 We gained NHS Approved agent status which stands as testament to our caring, ethical approach.
2015 We expanded our services with the provision of Laser treatment for the early stages of hair loss.
